Know before you go
On arrival - Please inform the entrance staff of your booking number and name upon arrival. - Your dine-in credit must be claimed at bill settlement — no refunds will be given if unclaimed. Reservation & timing - Your table is held for a maximum of 15 minutes after your scheduled reservation time. - Please inform us of your expected arrival time in the booking. - Rescheduling must be requested at least 2 hours before your original reservation time. Late arrival - If you arrive later than the 15-minute window: - Your prepaid credit of 300 THB per person is forfeited. - You will need to rejoin the waitlist for a new table (subject to availability). - No exceptions apply — please plan accordingly. Group size - Tables are provided only for the number of guests booked. No exceptions. - If additional guests join, the extra person must pay before entry. - Please book for the accurate number of people. - Swing zone: minimum 2 pax per table. Bookings for 1 pax will require table sharing. Seating zones - Bridge zone: available after 5:00 PM only. Not allowed - No wedding or professional photoshoots. - No live streaming for the purpose of selling items. - For these uses, please contact the cafe directly — a separate "location fee" rate applies.
