How you pay

| Prepaid wallet | One wallet for each country you book in, in that country’s currency. Each booking is paid from it. |
| Top-up | PromptPay (Thailand), PayNow (Singapore) and bank transfer: credited in full. Card: the card fee is deducted and shown before you pay. Card and QR are credited instantly; bank transfers once we confirm them. |
| Pay per bookingComing soon | Trade rate at Standard level (5% off). Pay each booking by card or QR (PromptPay / PayNow); the fee depends on the method. Refunds on cancellation become account credit. |
| Refunds | Prepaid: back to your wallet. Pay per booking: as account credit. |
| Wallet balance | Prepaid funds are valid for 3 years. They can’t be withdrawn; when the partnership ends, the balance is refunded after deducting costs already incurred. |
Cancellation
Each booking can be moved to another date once, free, within 3 months of the original departure date.

3–7 days and within 72 hours: the same for prepaid and pay per booking. These charges apply only when you cancel — if we decline or cancel a booking, you get a full refund.

Trade account
How does paying work?
Each country you book in has a prepaid wallet: top it up, and every booking is paid from it. Pay per booking (card or QR) is coming soon. Weekly or monthly statements can be requested after 3 months with no late payments. The table above has the details.
What do I need to apply, and how long does the review take?
Your company registration, business licence, company logo and a business card (PDF, JPG or PNG). We reply in about 2 working days. Your company bank account is added after approval.
Can I change the date or cancel?
Each booking can be moved once for free, within 3 months of the original departure date. What a cancellation costs depends on how far ahead you cancel and the type of tour — see the cancellation table above.
Do you issue receipts?
Yes. We issue official receipts for every payment.

How do I get a price?
Send the form above. Your country team replies with a quote — licensed guide fees, plus vehicles and tickets if you need them. There is no obligation.
Are your guides licensed?
Every guide we assign holds the local guide licence wherever the country requires one.
Urgent or last-minute requests?
Tick “Urgent request” on the form. We reply within 1 working day. If a guide can be arranged at short notice, the rate is double the normal price.
