The sanctuary experience lasts approximately 2 hours. Morning and afternoon sessions are available. Hotel pickup/drop-off is available from the Siem Reap area. Activities take place in a natural forest environment. The activities involve water and mud, so please bring suitable clothing. Shower facilities are available for changing after the activities. Elephant riding and elephant shows are not part of the experience. The activity may involve walking on natural and uneven paths. Please follow the guide's instructions when interacting with the elephants. Pregnant guests should consider their comfort and take extra care during walking activities; the sanctuary specifically advises caution during trekking portions
