Inside the temple hall, the highly revered Luang Pho Phrong Akat Buddha image is a site of pilgrimage for Thais seeking blessings for health and prosperity. The riverside setting makes it a quiet contrast to the busy shrines earlier in the day. Finish at Khlong Suan Market, a 100-year-old wooden marketplace straddling the border of Chachoengsao and Samut Prakan.
